entire Power & Energy sector of Bangladesh but also catered to the needs of Power & Energy for the entire Industry sector of the Country.

With the ever-growing power & energy needs of Bangladesh thus making a need to explore newer opportunities in the Power, Energy, Solar / PV (Photo Voltaic) and Renewable Energy sectors of Bangladesh,13th POWER Bangladesh 2014 International Expo will be the perfect B2B platform for the entire Power & Energy Industry of Bangladesh including Bangladeshi Industry stakeholders who will attend and get the opportunity to see the latest technologies and innovations in the Power Generation and Energy sector thus delivering a great networking opportunity.

Hence with display of latest innovations and technology of the world in Power & Energy sector in 13th POWER Bangladesh 2014 International Expo with its concurrent exhibitions on Renewable Energy and E-Power, the Expo played an important role in familiarizing the local entrepreneurs with the newest technology right at our doorsteps, in this highly potential sector of our Country with a huge scope for expansion. The Government also wants to seek new technology with emphasis on tapping the alternative energy sources for Power Generation which would take a big load off our existing reserves used for Generation.

Besides Exhibitors from over 16 countries, there were also visitors coming to Bangladesh from different parts of the World to visit the 13th POWER Bangladesh 2014 International Expo to familiarize themselves with the Power & Energy sector of Bangladesh and saw the Investment climate where the Government is encouraging Foreign Investments in the sector. 13th POWER Bangladesh 2014 International Expo was also giving special emphasis on Renewable Energy, Solar/ PV Power with its concurrent exhibitions, for encouraging investment in this sector to generate electricity from

renewable sources to meet an ever-growing demand and lessen the dependency on existing resources.

The Expo brought world-class technology which would be beneficial to upgrade the Power & Energy sector and also play an important role by assembling the entire business community of Bangladesh from all the industry sectors of our country under one roof thus creating a one-of-a-kind networking opportunity ever seen in the country and to appraise them of the latest developments and technology available in the sector.
