TRINITY Analysis & Development Corp. (TRINITY) and Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. (Bhate) have entered into a Small Business Administra-tion (SBA) approved Mentor-Protégé relationship and have subsequently formed TRINITY|Bhate JV, LLC, an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Joint Venture.
