The following instructions have been created to assist the customer in the Setup and creation of the Post Mission Review checklists. All user’s should refer to specific Majcom guidance as it applies to the creation and administration of the Post mission Review processes.

Settings are hierarchical, same as TBT. HQ AMC will “own” most of the tasks, and local units can add their local requirements to their checklists. Select the unit that will control the task you’re creating.

This is the summary screen of created tasks. Again, very similar to TBT Tasks. Note there are two tabs: Checklist Items and Checklist Templates. Items are the specific tasks that need to be completed, and Templates are a collection of those items, specific to unit and mission type being reviewed.

TO CREATE A NEW CHECKLIST ITEM:

Before creating a new item please make sure that the item does not already exist in the database. If an item already exists it should be used instead of creating a new duplicate item. If the existing item is incorrectly scoped, the scope can be changed to make it available to other units or organizations. Setting the correct scope is essential to using the PMR module.

On this window, you can select the crew positions which will be required to sign off the mission review paperwork. Typically, every crew position on the aircraft will have to sign.

In this case, KC-10 crewmembers have been selected. Use Ctrl+click to select multiple crew positions. A checkmark in the required column indicates that this crew position is required to perform a function during mission review. Use the blue Up/Down arrows to arrange the crew positions as desired, then select OK.

This is the completed header information for this test template. You can create a template for each unique mission type, for example one for Local Flights, one for Cargo Missions, one for Exercises or Contingencies or any other unique requirement. By using custom templates you won’t have to manually edit requirements while going through the mission review process.

The area below the header information is for selecting and arranging tasks to be completed during the PMR process. It is broken up into three areas, “Required Template Items,” “Available Template Items,” and “Optional Template Items”

Items must be moved individually, and will disappear from the Available Checklist Items area when they are included in the template. Each item can only be used once per template.

To add a Template Item, select it in the Available Template Items pane, and use the arrow buttons to move it to either the Required Template Items or the Optional Template Items area.
