RegistrationRegister for kids’ programs from Wednesday, March 18, for adult programs from March 19 and for summer camps from April 1. All registration opens at 7:00am.

Visit wellnessinstitute.ca, call 204-632-3900 or stop by our Front Desk at 1075 Leila Avenue to register, unless other details are given.

To make registration easier, this guide includes links. Click on an icon next to a heading to go directly to a category of programs online. Click on a code to go directly to the program you want to register for or enter a code in "Advance Search" once you've logged in. If no code appears for a program, online registration is not available.

Programs require registration and are held at the Wellness Institute unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Paid parking available.

Refunds will be issued up to one week prior to the program start date and are subject to a $20 administration fee.

Respiratory care is important to all, but especially vital when living with a neuromuscular disease or other disease that impacts breathing muscles. Learn to better manage respiratory care, what questions to ask your health care team, what treatments and interventions are available, how they work and where to find them.

Dr. Richman-Eisenstat is a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Medicine and Palliative Respiratory Care Specialist in Edmonton and Associate Clinical Professor in the Pulmonary and Neurology Divisions, Department of Medicine, University of Alberta. Two years ago, she and her colleagues started the first multidisciplinary neuromuscular clinic for adults in North America. She also provides consultation to teams of the ALS Clinic, Spina Bifida Clinic, Interstitial Lung Disease Clinic and Norwood Chronic Ventilator Unit, and to patients through the Edmonton Zone Home Living Program.

Children are introduced to a broad spectrum of activities to promote active, healthy living. All children may attend and participate, regardless of ability. All campers will use our warm water pool 2 to 4 days per week.

Pool time is supervised by a certified Lifeguard. Life jackets are supplied for those who require them. If your child requires special assistance to participate, you must provide an attendant (at no charge). Please provide a bag lunch and snacks that respect our peanut-free policy.
