We are looking for someone that is passionate about understanding and re-imagining how customers interact digitally with their bank to help us analyze and define the market and our future role in it. THE ROLE This position will form part of the Entersekt business architecture function, which reports to the chief technology officer. Your role will be to leverage your knowledge of identity, access management and authentication to design our internal industry model for digital channels. You will need to understand the products and tools used by financial institutions to design their identity and access management (IAM) solutions (for example, mobile experience platforms) as well as the relevant industry standards and protocols. Your role will be to define how our solutions will integrate into these platforms in a reusable way. You will need to translate our vision, and the new experiences and solutions we want to enable for financial institutions. You will design an IAM experience model that allows reuse while permitting exceptions. The primary consumers of this model will be the engineering and product teams who will build out our product roadmap inside this business architecture, as well as our R&D team that will be exploring emerging trends and technologies. You will need to work with all these stakeholders to share your knowledge, and gather their input and requirements. Furthermore, you should engage with the various regions and solutions consultants to find new regional players and regulations to explore. Your role will cover the wider fraud prevention and identity and access management industry, with an initial focus on authentication and access management. You should be passionate about exploring the various solution and industry movements, and monitor the market on an ongoing basis. You will also engage with the industry to inform and help shape Entersekt’s positioning in this space. RESPONSIBILITIES

Industry & partners

• Keep up-to-date with industry standards, trends and analyst positioning • Understand and review digital experience platforms, strengths, weaknesses, and integration

patterns • Participate in relevant industry forums, and help move Entersekt’s position forward • Provide industry updates and interpretations to the rest organization • Review industry material, distill key areas of exploration, and craft a plan of action to do so

Product architecture

• Design and document Entersekt’s industry model, including product capabilities, data model and sample flows, and ensure it integrates with the wider product architecture

• Coordinate and publish the Entersekt products’ external interface business definitions and interaction patterns with other industry components and systems

• Review and integrate industry specifications into the model • Work with the product teams to understand and enable their product vision and future digital

channel needs • Work with the engineering teams to ensure the model supports their implementations and

facilitates reuse • Work with the R&D teams to understand new technologies and how they could be applied into

the model for future use Innovation

• Provide and co-create innovation and exploration ideas, help manage and prioritize these, and define approaches to validate/qualify these concepts

• Engage with new third-party providers and partners to understand their offering, and define potential combined use cases or opportunities to explore together

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience in a software environment, preferably in an externally facing role in an analysis capacity

• A solid understanding of U IAM and/or fraud solutions industry concepts • Ideally, an Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technology degree with business analysis

training • Experience with industry solutions in consumer identity and access management, identity

providers, API gateways, web application firewalls, fraud and/or SIEM solutions, especially in the fraud industry

• Experience writing and presenting product or solution proposals and positioning statements • Ability to build a “story” to explain concepts and positions to various stakeholders including

commercial, business and technical stakeholders

• Comfortable with identity and authentication in terms of security concepts, principles standards and regulation such as Open ID Connect, OAuth2, Fido, PSD2 Strong Consumer Auth, symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, TLS, Public Key infrastructure, PCI

• Experience in participating industry bodies and standards, such as W3C, Fido, OpenID Connect, IEEE, IETF or others will be beneficial

• Experience with one or more of the following: financial services, mobile platforms, consumer facing solutions and/or payment/EFT systems, preferably from software vendor perspective

• Systems engineering and/or requirement elicitation exposure will be an advantage
