Position Brief Reporting line: Canadian Operations Job Title: Cased Hole Log Analyst. Location: Calgary, Alberta. Job Brief As part of the Canadian Operations Team your core role will be processing, interpreting and analyzing

acquired well data and compiling presentations to an industry leading performance expectation.

Operations are ad-hoc and often at short notice, and so flexibility and quick product turn around in this

regard are key attributes. When not carrying out data analysis, there is a requirement to perform a

number of duties both in the office and at other locations as outlined below.

EV focuses not only on operating top tier tools but also being the “Go To” provider in well diagnosis

services. Our role is to gather well data, process and present it so that our clients have a clear

understanding of the well conditions. This means that our personnel need to understand and strive to

learn all the well aspects that may affect the operational objectives EV are tasked to perform.

Specific training on EV-Epidote existing software & product lines will be provided as required, and

further training will be provided as future developments are released. The successful candidate will have

the opportunity to be at the forefront of class leading, innovative products. The candidate will be

expected to exceed client expectations regarding service quality and thereby assist other members of

the team in achieving this same goal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Abide by and maintain adherence to Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures at all times.

• Data processing and interpretation of Company’s current and future Product Lines, including:

o Caliper Logging

o Video Logging

o Production Logging

o Leak Detection

o Thickness measurements

• Determine and showcase root causes and conditions that affect:

o Pipe deformation

o Corrosion

o Mechanical Integrity

o Leak detection

• Serve as a key customer interface to present processed results and interpretation conclusions.

• Company office based tasks in the support of onshore or offshore operations.

• Preparation of reports including but not limited to concise run reporting, API format logs, video reports, data manipulation for presentation, transmission and analysis.

• Attendance of meetings with clients and service companies as required.

• Recommending new or revised operating procedures and/or equipment improvements or products.

• Behaving in a professional, courteous and suitable manner at all times.

• Abiding by and adhering to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct.

Experience required

• Experienced in cased hole log data processing and interpretation • Experienced in multi-finger caliper processing and interpretation • Good presentation, communication and report writing skills essential • Experience working on well objectives to determine corrosion, mechanical integrity, pipe deformation and

leak detection • MIPS Pro software experience preferred • Production log interpretation preferred • Knowledge of well completions, cased hole workover and intervention. • Knowledge of leak detection & other well integrity tools • Knowledge of horizontal operations • Knowledge of cased hole logging tools and their applications • Knowledge of memory and surface read out logging operations. • Preferred knowledge of the various forms of conveyance
