“RUBY’S JEWEL”MADE WITH AI original logo design

This logo is for the original jewelry works and online shop front of a friend

The owner Ruby is also the designer, and she enjoys using rubies as her materials and theme, thus the choice of shape for the logo design

The logo can be separated into top and bottom, top being a shiny tip of a pyramid, the bottom is a clear-cut red diamond shape.

Together it forms a diamond and convey the message of a jewelry boutique.

Copy the shape of the top triangle, adjust shape and size directly, and change the lightning; 6. Cast “illumination” effect for the top portion; 7. Add logo and signature of author; 8. Finished.

THE CONCEPT OF CAMEL

This is my first work and attempt towards designing.

The Capital University of Economics and Business is my Alma Mater .There is a camel on the its emblem as the main image, which seems a bit ridiculously funny in my opinion. The intention of the original designer of this emblem cannot be figured out till now, but I just can’t help add this hilariously lovely camel in my draft .

It is rumored that this work was demoted to a third place award from the first cause there are too many “politically sensitive words” in the design according to the school’s leadership. Well, that may be something making me proud of it. .

The choice of peachy red, lemon yellow and light green for color is to show the uplifting spirit of youth. Bright and vivid colors can always cheer the audiences up.

From my perspective, colleges and universities should be the holy palace of freedom, a place to share and communicate with others.Based on this view, I choose dozens of words to fill the structure. Different languages and phrases represent the different voices of various groups at school.

“The essence of a college is not in the bureaucratic leadership, the famed professors, or the expensive imported hardware and facilities, it’s in us, a group of people who are full of energy and hopes, craving knowledge and aspiration, and never give up struggling.” –—Kaixin Ren

Step 1-4 Choose the pictures of a tiger and a whale, along with a glass and bowl, use the pen function for cropping the outline, obtain the image with transparent background layer; Step 5 Add the layer of the tiger picture over the one of the glass ; Step 6 Add a new layer, draw along the rim of the glass, and overlay on the intersection of the tiger and the glass to create the effect of the tiger inside the glass, then use fuzzy tool to smooth the track of cropping;

Step 7-8 Choose the layer via copy of the glass, and use “flip vertical” to get a inverted image. Then adjust alpha to 50% and make it looks like reflection in water. The same procedure is used for the reflection of the tiger.

Step 9. Add a new layer and overlay the gradient with grey-green color over the background to fill with more realistic details.

Step 10-11 Use the “pen” tool to draw the reflection of the glass, fill with white and adjust alpha to 30%.

Step 12 Use the “feather” effect on the rim of the reflection of the glass, add the reflection effect of the glass over the tiger’s head and body.

Constantine by Keanu Reeves is a favorite movie of mine. There is an impressive scene in that film, where the devil-hunter John Constantine deliberately covered a beetle on the table with a glass. That poor little thing struggled to escape but it failed finally and would die from asphyxia.

For the design of this work, I thought of this scene. We as a race always held such prejudice towards the ones that are different, the same for an insect, or for a tiger and a whale.Even the most fearsome animals cannot escape the destruction that comes with people’s greed. I hope the audience can get the similar feeling as what I feel about that crucial scene, and then think deeply which role human beings should play in nature.

Logo is for a personal friend’s website

The inspiration comes from the three owners’ person favorite berriesRed=strawberry; Peach=raspberry; purple=blueberry

The three whimsical and independent young ladies who own the websiteall wish for a nice cabinet in the woods,

I wish to represent their dreams with the design

This logo is for the original works of a youth clothing line

The name of the brand is Circus, thus the choice of the main content of the logo

The circus is a unforgettable memory of my own, I remember well the times where I went as a kid to see the performance of the red-nosed clowns and the dancing elephants The colorful ambience of a circus is a kid’s favorite. As for young people, especially for the twentysomethings, who are moving towards adulthood, it’s a fantastic dream. The target market of this particular brand is the big kids like them.

I also wish to dedicate this design to anyone who still has the whim of a child.
