Specific Skills
For more than four years, I worked in performing arts organization for the Festival international d’art lyrique d’Aix-en-Provence. I was a project officer within the Festival Technical Department. I also worked with private clients, and with a project team in charge of the development of an Internatio-nal Center for the Circus Arts, in France. These experiences have allowed me to participate in all of the phases of an architectural project, a stage designer project, and the technical parts of an event organization.
Projects on which I worked were mainly in the Arts and Cultural sector and in particular in renova-tion, shorted-lived construction, and managing the development of a project. I was in direct contact with my technical direction to determine and propose a program for their projects. I designed the first sketches, chose the specific building materials, and established a schedule, depending on the clients’ budget. I prepared the drawings, specifications, and all necessary documents for use by the administrative department and tradesperson.I contacted the offices of engineering studies to determine the best constructive solutions. I prepared all the bidding documents and I participated in contract negotiations.I monitored activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. I ac-companied the client throughout the design process, and also during all the process setup.
Projects were all different: renovation of a historical site, construction of an open-air theatre, set design, event organization, and housing. As a result, I gained experiences with different constructive systems and with different materials. I am capable to work with different scales, on various subjects and in a different light, these projects allowed me to discover my multifaceted profession through a wide variety of people and aspects engendered by the encounter of fine Arts, scenography and architecture.
I am used to working in a team atmosphere, but I am also capable of being autonomous. I am crea-tive, I draw a lot by hand, I am able to design a complete project from a large-scale vision down to the finished dressing details. I am also comfortable with computers; I master cad software (Autocad, VectorWorks), software modeling (Sketchup) and rendering software (Artlantis). I do illustration (Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentations, layout (In design).I have a car driving license.
My favorite hobbies are Arts, music, travel, sports, theatre, and culture.
What I am looking for by working in Vancouver is to enrich my knowledge of the practical and theo-retical. Discovering new construction techniques and different ways of conceiving. Architecture and Arts is a major aspect of my way of life, I am extremely motivated to work.

Since 2010, the courtyard is not ergonomics and the grounds don’t have a good mechanical resistance to welcome scenic installations. So, the Festival study a project of landscaping which could respond to the need of technical structure, but also to the historical part of this outstanding architectural and landscaped patrimony.
This project is collaboration between the City of Aix-en-Provence and two local firms Durance Granulats and INMS, which are partners of the Festival.
The construction site and the different materials used were eco-friendly and sustainable.

Since 2010, with the production «Un Retour», the Fes-tival started an open-air theatre with a version more intimist. The Festival chose the courtyard to set up the stage. That place has naturally good acoustics’ qualities and a very beautiful view on the landscape. This Open-Air theatre is a short-lived construction, so the director and the artistic team can choose the pers-pective to present their show. After, follow a period of study and preparation for the set up.Every year, the studies and the investisments try to op-timize the set up of the open-air theatre.

This project start from a reflexion about the landscape of the Alsatian’s Ried, the festivalgoer are going to cover a very beautiful landscapes, our lodge offer people, a rest time, during when people can just look at the view. The aim is to find a sensation of past and shared time with the landscape. That why we chose a simple form, so every body can recognize. So, the buil-ding process is understandable, also because of the choice of the material that is all from wine growing sector: wood box, glass bottle, etc. It’s the idea of «time» which manage all the quality of an architecture and which make that a space was born of the dialog between indoor and outdoor.

let’s go to the Môle - port de sète
Study shift : 6 month
Sète, is a city in Languedoc-Roussillon born in 1666. Since its creation, it’s a city, which was always levied by its sea fishermen inhabitants. Its first vocation is: port of the Canal du Midi’s mouth. Fishermen city, city in motion, leaned on the boat’s rhythm, since the construction of the train station, tourists come to visit and to stroll on the quay.
Today, the port of Sète became international, following the evolution of the region Languedoc-Rousillon. It’s a very high ambition, for eco-nomic and touristic development. How to answer the question of development keeping the original qualities of the city?
The answer is in a project with a local scale, and with a wish of kee-ping patrimony, and in the same time gives a new image for the city. But, with the intelligence and the respect of a modest and simple project, just like the inhabitants.
