During the time that I worked at STATEWIDE PLANNING I used to

be the only in house architect, dealing directly with all the consultants,

checking the whole bunch of drawings received from them, highlighting

every single bit of the project that wasn’t matching with our

requirements or hasn’t been done properly, also doing modifications in

house and reporting to the Principal Charlie Demian. Before I left the

company, I did advertise the position available and also have done the

whole process of finding two different architects to take over my place

at the company.

Contact with each individual company from all areas of the project such as Architectural, Structural, Landscaping, Interior Design and

Lighting contracted by the development company (MULTIPLAN).

SKETCH FLOOR PLAN - GROUND FLOOR

‘Corporate Architecture’ awarded VillageMall in first place in 2011 for excellence in the Commercial sector Building category.

Collaboration in the drafting of ‘technical folders’ for 105 store owners including Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Telephone lines,

Gas lines, Water lines, Drainage, Air Conditioning and all round Fire Safety. Ensuring that all the services were executed in the

construction of each store in the period of time until the inauguration of the VillageMall Shopping Center. Included in the project a

1060 seat Theatre for large shows, a 4 screen luxury cinema, a 1560 m2 space for Events, a Food Court with an a high class Rooftop

facing Tijuca Lake, a Wooden feature called Structured Chaos, made from renown Belgian artist Arne Quinze and a VIP LOUNGE area.
