DESCRIPTION
Located in a vintage walk-up building, this 4500 sf. project allowed us to meticulously transform the interior into a unified, modern, clean-lined, calm interior. Drawing inspiration from the Museum of Contemporary Art, the client wanted to create a spaced designed around the beauty of simplicity. Through the complete gut renovation, we were able to create a thoughtfully designed floor plan and layout. By installing seamless dark wide-plank wood floors and employing a neutral canvas, we were able to showcase the clean-lined custom furnishings, luxurious wool & silk carpets, exotic natural stone tiles, and unique Italian kitchen and baths.TRANSCRIPT
