Me

Miguel Pirla lives in Barcelona, where he wants to turn into a profesional designer who can achieved his goals and hopes. He thinks that design is a way of life, a system to do things and his work.

He´s a final-year student who will greaduate in Product Design in 2013. His competences include analysing, design procces and develop proyects. Also, Elisava prepare the students to have some graphic and space tools and knowledge.

During his studies, he participates in graphic, space and product designs. He participated in ceramics whorkshop in 2011 too, and identified new uses of material.Before, he works concisely as a builder, plumber and electricity man to make some money. This experience provide him some experience of the industrial sector. Designed new bottle concept as a result of studies project.Designed and developed some different t-shirt designs during summer 2012.Developed design Project about fabrics thar was resolved whith a bag.

In the future, he wants to improve his skills and knowledge focusing in social sciences and analys-ing tools. He will does some masters of antropology first and also any coruses or studies about 3D model and materials.

The achieve is to extract of the human structure the final form of the this second skin.So we will create a space human based in which you can feel and interact free.

We can use wood strips and simply unions. We will put this in the beach or urban environments.

Structure.It´s the union of a cone and a spiral.The cone represent the trian-gular human structure. And the shape symbolize development and growth.

Unions.The unions will be done by screws and won´t be visibles.

Final Result.It´s an interesting estructure in which you can stay in all of their surfaces.

People can use it like a para-sol, atraction or simply like a space in where yo can relax.

PRODUCT.

Seating Table.It is practical to create a seat for most users but considering the limited space we have.

The materials will be lacquered wood and metal respecting the colors assigned to the space.

SPATIAL.

Decoration Walls The decor is not appropriate in a medical environment and aseptic, so remove the tile walls. The brick is also covered, leaving all the walls smooth.

Illumination LightsGiven the nature of space, the best would be to provide an il-lumination of 300 LUX, because it is a transition area but which offered elements of reading.

The global luminaries are re-placed by LuxSpace.The focus by luminaries MASTER LEDspot.Both lights feature LED technol-ogy.

Climate Ventilation Deletes the old heaters and integrated heating is installed on the floor.The vents are extended to improve the flow of air.
