Project Description: !Design is located on a rainforest in Costa Rica. The goal was to

create a relaxing, modern, simple design by incorporating earth

tone colors.

Project Objective: Incorporate reusable materials and

sustainability.

Project Description: !Maintained existing floor plan from

Phase I with the exception of exterior deck. Minimized floor plan dimensions to reduce unnecessary use of space. !

Incorporated recyclable furniture selections from IKEA ( company known for sustainability). Used recyclable tile glass and bamboo flooring while still maintaining earth tone color palette.

Hernandez Designs is a residential and commercial design

firm located at 5416 Glenridge Drive Atlanta, GA 30342. It consist of 12 employees from project managers,

architects, interior designers, marketing and management managers,

to assistants. !Hernandez Designs business formation

is under an LLC. Its involved in organization such as IIDA, ASID, AIA.

Hernandez Designs designers are NCIDQ and LEED certified.

- Location - Design commercial space of firm

Project Description: !Firm created was named Hernandez Design

located in Vinings. Hernandez Design sustains 11 employees from Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers,

Accountants, and Assistants. Floor plan layout was designed to serve the

functionality for conference meetings, staff offices, sitting area, work room, and

storage.

Project Description: !Goal of project was to create a

captivating, amusing, imaginative, fun, and

eccentric space for kids and families. Inspired furniture and colors were

incorporated to the design of the space to maintain the

traditional brand and feel of Dr. Seuss.

Barragan. Barragan offers two levels ;
