The Jordanek plot is located between the Torún’s old town, protec-ted by the UNESCO, and the new development area of the city. This is why the Municipality of Torún asked for a building which, inserted into a broader program. This could solve its planning by a ne inte-gration of the cultural and natural landscape.

The Music Hall gives a solution for the fusion between old and new and that is achieved also through the materials which are going to be used for its construction. For the inte-rior, bricks are going to be used as a recall of the facades of the old town. For the exte-rior very clear, almost white concrete is going to be used and in some place it is “broken” by some cracks which reveal the interior coating. The façade reinterprets the traditional handicraft of the bricks and establishes a parallel between the tectonics of the city and the strategic situation of the plot.

This housing project is conceived as a fusion between the nature in the vicinity of the land and the primitive rocks emerging from the ground. As if they had always been there, the two elements of the building create a timeless symbiosis, where volumes and vegetation embrace each other to generate the volume that houses the spacious ats.

The project is generated from two basic actions: rstly, the ex-trusion of the bamboo element of 20x20 that emerge from the terrain mimicking with the environment, a nature portion that holds the proposed program. Secondly, it’s practiced an emp-tying in the remaining cube from a tube that generates a living vacuum in its interior, going in different directions and boring through the cube of bamboo the required volume for each space.

The project of the Auditorium and Congress Center in Arrecife stands out for its architectural uniqueness, becoming a tourist icon and a reference to the island of Lanzarote. The building emphasizes the Canarian landscape, the result of tectonic movements, appea-ring as a loose stone element of the ground embraced by a landsli-de and discovering a large public square.

A place for living, a space closed as a garden or, why not? Various gardens changing in exible spaces, and also a living room. That can then be completely exterior in summer, as a porch to the garden, with a grand window for reading, looking and admiring the views to the park. A warm space to rest... denitively, a home.

The house comes from two aspects, the program and the urban needs. The urbanism will bring us the keys to implant it in the parcel, while the pro-gram generates the volume: two big pieces that mix creating in the cross the entrance and a space in double height ceiling.

In a touristic zone like the Benicassim shore, the proposal would be a thermal building with the aim of crea-ting a successful business that brings this coast tourism to the relaxation and the hydrotherapy world.

In relation to water and relaxation world, the building ues along the irregular parcel occupying the whole place, and generating a game of patios that help the complex space to be fully illuminated and with a big connection exterior-interior. The programmatic content of the building is content in series of cylindrical containers of different heights that emerge from the water pool’s roof of the building. Then these containers are connected with the main pools, creating a continuous water circuit; that serves to the water renovation system.

For the university teacher’s children and other employee’s children, come up the need for having a kinder-garten inside the campus raised. To give employees the possibility to leave the children close to their jobs.

Because of them it is created this space, a building resulting from the addition of elements, where everything gets a smaller scale, more appropriated to the children, that as little gnomes do the space own, down of the enormous umbrellas, that not only protect children from sun, but also serve as rain collector, producing a fantasy atmosphere to all the space.

Situated in a site of a central neighborhood in Valencia’s city, the proposal of an architecture high school, the building forms part of an urban axes of cultural and teaching buildings that pretends to regenerate a whole degraded area.

The proposal dotes to a grid of thin streets, a public space of great spaciousness in base to sink the building in the ground oor. Being illuminated and ventilated through the irregular patios where the light penetrates in, an indirect and controlled way, where the nature grows up, giving to the interior a more pleasing environment.

Beside to the most centered zone of the city of Valencia, in one of the most emblematic squares of the city, it is built this cultural building, a contemporary art centre.

The building is resolve through concrete legs that stands from the urban via level a great crys-tal container which contains the artistic exposition spaces, favoring a better connection between the squares situated at each extreme of the parcel, offering to the city a covered public space.

Structurally, the concrete nucleus stands a great slab to the last level, from where the inferior plants hung through the structural elements lo-cated in the vertical frame of the facade.

The facade serves as clime protection element, with a double crystal skin, which generates a ventilated air chamber, and gives an aspect of light-ness to the building, contra resting with the concrete’s heaviness image.

Also the frames of the facade are regulated giving facilities to the natu-ral lightning control in the interior of the exhibition halls.

The building is the result of an exhaustive and detailed study of every interior space, by means of drawings, models and renderings.

IIn its interior the spaces followed at different scales for different kinds of installations, loo-king for compression and decompression effects marked also by a lineal way that among the lightning bridges guide and show to the vi-sitant how to walk through the building.

These spaces go out to the exterior becoming the building during the night in a great lamp that illuminates the entire neighborhood, and sharing its artistic installations with the public space.
