Beach house located in Playa Blanca, Campeche, México, just in front of the mexican golf. In this state the subhumid weather predominates, with an anual temperature of 27°C. The design of this house is based in the vernacular architecture of the same beach, which same beach, which tends to be raised from the ground for better ventilation, so the house woun’t heat.

This project required sustainable purposes, within the design and the materials, Its constructed with materials from the area, looking to integrate the house with the souroundings. With a concave roof for termical purposes and natural ventilation.

Ground floor of coffee house, stowage for equip-ment and beach access.

Direct acces to beach by stairs, or ramp to acces down floor coffee house.

The market is located in the oldest area of San Pedro’s downtown. It’s a very rich area in northeastern architecture, it’s integrated by important administrative builduings, parks and plazas.

It is designed to create a diffetent tour for every visit, from the front of the main entrances where the shopping locals are, to the back in

which you could find the food courts.

It’s main purpose is that the user lives different expiriences through diverse combinations of colors, light inputs,

shadows and sounds.

The master plan was vi-sualized as a permieable space to integrate to the souruonding areas, such as a park in front of it and the northeastern architecture,

Three parking levels were propoused since this suburb is the most crowded in the urban area, letting a central circulation core, also usefull for illumination and ventilation of the same area,

This intervention was conducted in the Car-pintero lagoon, located in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mx, It already had usefull equipments but there was no integration between them. To solve this problem, a new flow and new recreational areas were propoused to reactivate the lagoon and maximize the attraction resources.
