The Basics: What Are the Conditional Forms?:
Conditional forms are used to discuss things that happen based on the condition that something else happens. There are three main conditional forms.
The first conditional is used to consider real, possible events in the present or future:
If it rains, I'll take an umbrella.
The second conditional is used to speculate about unreal, improbable events in the present moment or future:
If I had a million dollars, I'd buy a big house.
The third conditional concerns imaginary (unreal) outcomes of past events:
If he had spent more time studying, he would have passed the exam.
Conditional Forms Overview:
First Conditional
If + S + present simple + objects, S + will + verb + objects -> If the boys finish their homework early, they will play baseball.
Second Conditional
If + S + past simple + objects, S + would + verb + objects -> If he bought a new car, he would buy a Ford.
Third Conditional
If + S + past perfect + objects, S + would have + past participle + objects -> If she had seen him, she would have discussed the issues with him.
Study Conditionals In Depth:
Here is a detailed guide to all conditional forms with examples, important exceptions to the rules and a structure guide. The alternate guide provides options for advanced level learners. Finally, this guide to choosing between the first or second conditional provides further help on deciding whether to use the real or unreal conditional.
Test Your Understanding of the Conditional Forms:
Once you've studied the rules - or if you already know the rules - test your knowledge:
Conditional Forms Quiz
For advanced level learners here is a reading dialogue comprehension exercise that focuses on using the third conditional.
Teach a Lesson about the Conditional Forms:
This first and second conditional forms lesson employs reading comprehension about emergencies to help students discover and review the forms. Once students are comfortable with the form, they discuss other difficult or unusual situations using the first and second conditional
This conditionals tic-tac-toe is a great game to help students review all three conditional forms.
Finally, here is a printable conditional form quiz to use in class.
Activities Concerning the Conditional Forms:
Practice the conditional forms with grammar chants. Using these chants, you and your classes can practice the structure so that it becomes natural and easy to remember.

Last year I went to a wonderful trip with my family and my girlfriend went to RIOBAMBA ,first arrived at the hotel where we stayed, we were here two days, the first night we went dancing at a club called COCO BONGO in this beautiful place, danced all night and talked of many stories, and then returned home and slept all morning, then I went to visit a large park, while my mom was buying some things, and my dad was playing with some coins, the next day went to the pools, because my girlfriend likes to swim.

I could imagine the very good future for me and my family, because I believe that after in two years, I will be a great professional of the university, then I think that I will have a good work, with a comic boss, and for this reason, I will have the many money, and I will complete all my dreams.
for my not everything is the money, I also think that I will have a good wife, and to have my children, and I want my children they can follow my steps and to support them, to give a good education to my children in the best universities in the country, and that they are some good people, but I also want my future wife to be the best woman's police in the equator, of the profession that she chose and to complete her necessities this way.
if all these things are the made reality, I would be the happiest man in the world because I think that my family is more important for me, well if I had a lot of money, I could help create many companies, and with this to be able to create a lot of work.

I study in the university and I have a teacher who is very demanding on punctuality, when we arrived late, my teacher doesn’t make us come to the classroom and also, if I don’t do the task, the engineer Mora, doesn’t take me my final exam, Most students lose the semester with this teacher.
Other example
I am in sixth level of the University. When I have to do the farm practices in San Francisco, we have enough work and we were very exhausted. If I could come early to practice. If I end my activities soon return to class on time in the afternoon. At the end of classes on the farm my colleagues and I returned to Tulcan, for lunch and then go to classes at two in the afternoon. When I finish lunch I prepare to leave to catch the bus and be on time to class.

TOPIC: Advantages and disadvantages of group work in the university.
HOMEWORK
When people agree to act in a certain way, its decision is strengthened by the knowledge that others are engaged in a similar manner. One of the most powerful motivating forces of individuals is to feel respected and supported by members of the group they belong and feel important to maintain their position within it.
Have observed in the animal kingdom as the lionesses work together to hunt for food, they interpenetrate instinctively to achieve a common goal, or the work of ants where it could be argued that its system of organization is perfect
I think that our authorities believe that teamwork is good, because, always organizing this work as a team, for example: Seminars, where teachers have to work together to make this event goes well.
ADVANTAGES OF TEAMWORK
Having a higher level of productivity
The communication and information systems are more effective and more direct.
There is an increased level of commitment to group goals.
It improves the working environment; there is better coordination among group members.
Let’s face more complex tasks successfully.
It facilitates the management, control and supervision of work
Some disadvantages are:
You can give certain processes that adversely affect the quality of decisions and solving problems.
You can generate long-lasting conflicts between the members and there will be many differences in the ways of thinking and can lead to arguments that divide the group.
Teamwork can consume more time.
Provided that involves teamwork responsibilities, you may make mistakes when nobody wants to accept them in individual capacity
COMMENT:
College is the best result of teamwork that is the commitment of student’s teachers and administrators be one of the best universities in the country
Passive VoiceLanguage Guide German + Dictionary for iPhone and iPod-Touch (made by ego4u)
Exercises on Passive
Use of Passive
Passive voice is used when the focus is on the action. It is not important or not known, however, who or what is performing the action.
Example: My bike was stolen.
In the example above, the focus is on the fact that my bike was stolen. I do not know, however, who did it.
Sometimes a statement in passive is more polite than active voice, as the following example shows:
Example: A mistake was made.
In this case, I focus on the fact that a mistake was made, but I do not blame anyone (e.g. You have made a mistake.).
Form of Passive
Subject + finite form of to be + Past Participle (3rd column of irregular verbs)
Example: A letter was written.
When rewriting active sentences in passive voice, note the following:
the object of the active sentence becomes the subject of the passive sentence the finite form of the verb is changed (to be + past participle) the subject of the active sentence becomes the object of the passive sentence (or
is dropped)
Examples of Passive
Tense Subject Verb Object
Simple PresentActive: Rita writes a letter.Passive: A letter is written by Rita.
Simple PastActive: Rita wrote a letter.Passive: A letter was written by Rita.
Present PerfectActive: Rita has written a letter.Passive: A letter has been written by Rita.
Future IActive: Rita will write a letter.Passive: A letter will be written by Rita.
HilfsverbenActive: Rita can write a letter.Passive: A letter can be written by Rita.
Examples of Passive
Tense Subject Verb ObjectPresent Active: Rita is writing a letter.
Progressive Passive: A letter is being written by Rita.
Past ProgressiveActive: Rita was writing a letter.Passive: A letter was being written by Rita.
Past PerfectActive: Rita had written a letter.Passive: A letter had been written by Rita.
Future IIActive: Rita will have written a letter.Passive: A letter will have been written by Rita.
Conditional IActive: Rita would write a letter.Passive: A letter would be written by Rita.
Conditional IIActive: Rita would have written a letter.Passive: A letter would have been written by Rita.
Passive Sentences with Two Objects
Rewriting an active sentence with two objects in passive voice means that one of the two objects becomes the subject, the other one remains an object. Which object to transform into a subject depends on what you want to put the focus on.
Subject Verb Object 1 Object 2Active: Rita wrote a letter to me.Passive: A letter was written to me by Rita.Passive: I was written a letter by Rita..
As you can see in the examples, adding by Rita does not sound very elegant. That’s why it is usually dropped.
Personal and Impersonal Passive
Personal Passive simply means that the object of the active sentence becomes the subject of the passive sentence. So every verb that needs an object (transitive verb) can form a personal passive.
Example: They build houses. – Houses are built.
Verbs without an object (intransitive verb) normally cannot form a personal passive sentence (as there is no object that can become the subject of the passive sentence). If you want to use an intransitive verb in passive voice, you need an impersonal construction – therefore this passive is called Impersonal Passive.
Example: he says – it is said
Impersonal Passive is not as common in English as in some other languages (e.g. German, Latin). In English, Impersonal Passive is only possible with verbs of perception (e. g. say, think, know).
Example: They say that women live longer than men. – It is said that women live longer than men.
Although Impersonal Passive is possible here, Personal Passive is more common.
Example: They say that women live longer than men. – Women are said to live longer than men.
The subject of the subordinate clause (women) goes to the beginning of the sentence; the verb of perception is put into passive voice. The rest of the sentence is added using an infinitive construction with 'to' (certain auxiliary verbs and that are dropped).
Sometimes the term Personal Passive is used in English lessons if the indirect object of an active sentence is to become the subject of the passive sentence.
