The building is located in between Jefferson Street and Barnard Street on Broughton street. Windows on the building façade face North and South the major highways the building is adjacent to are US 17, and US21

The building is located on Broughton St one of the most high traffic, and highly commercialized areas of the city the majority of businesses around the building are clothing retail stores, with some small cafes and restaurants within close walking distance of the site

Operation Smile is non-profit organization. They provides surgeries in more than 50 countries. This is a proposal for one of their head quarters in Savannah, GA. The office set up is non hierarchal and open. Main focus is to provide all cubicles and cabins natural light and equal working space. Main focus of this office building is live gallery on the first floor which provides maximum information about this organization to visitors.

GAIAM was founded to make a difference in the world by educating people about lifestyle choices that affect personal development, wellness and environmental responsibality. We began as a lifestyle media company with a vision that, given a choice, people would choose a lifestyle that is health and life enhancing - for themselves, their families and the Earth.

The building is oriented at the corner of Broughton and Barnard street in downtown.

The building originally built in 1889. It used to call WEED building. It was rebuilt in the 1900 in ART DECO style includes trapezoids and arcs that are reminiscent of thid time period. Originally it was Silver 5-10c and $1.oo store but now it is Clipper Trading co.Construction was heavily influenced by the materials of the Industrial Revolution.The exteriro is Historically intact, particularly the North and East sides. The entrance tiles as well as the interio ceiling tiles, floor,stairs and railing are original.The building remains protected under HISTORIC PRESERVATION

The name GAIAM is a combination of separate words : “GAIA” which means mother earth in the ancient Minoan civilization. For the company, the word GAIAM stands for planetaryawarness and preservation.

The flower of life symbolizes creation, this pattern emulates life in its most basic, cellular form.The pattern says the same no matter how many times it is repeated which is menat to remind us of the potential for growth in our lives. It represents perfect balance in all aspects of life.
