My name is Dafna Peteri Kishinevsky, I’m from San-tiago, de Chile. I’m 22 years old and I’m a third year graphic design student at Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago de Chile.To me, design is about passion and fun. I always focus all of my energy and enthusiasm on my work in order to achieve the best results possible and feel accomplished.I stand out for being a creative person, always in search of innovation, and a way to make my mark on the world of design. I’ve a lot of interest in learning new things, meeting new people and different cultures, so as to broaden my knowledge of the world.In the field of design, I’d like to improve my skills on illustration and learn more about photography.

Belonged to Tzeirei-Ami, a group of young Jews for 7 years. which develops implementing leadership skills, teamwork and caring with children, where we teach them about their roots. (voluntary). I worked as a graphic designer in a play called “Inmigrantes”, in the development of both the advertising material and the creative works shown on the play itself (June-November 2012). I also helped on the creation and development of pieces of graph-ic artwork for an Italian restaurant, Zuccini.

Book choice: The Metamorphosis, Franz Kafka.Objective: Change the type of reader to whom the book is addressed.I chose teenage girls at an age where metamorphosis occurs both mentally and physically.The concept developed for the new reader is the diary of a teenage girl.

reinterpretation of a book

Objective: Make the waiting for the bus more produc-tive and fun to the people that use this service every day and have to wait 15 minutes at least, idea: Create a weekly horoscope using comic char-acters that shows typical chilean behaviors and lan-guage. I designed a poster and a brochure for the bus stop.

Bellavista is a bohemian neighborhood located in downtown Santiago. It has a lot of creative and artis-tic activities, but it is mostly known to young people because of its active nightlife, based mostly around the clubs and bars in the area.

Solution: promote modern day activities for young Chilean people through a monthly brochure that shows the best and most interesting things to do dur-ing the month.

PROBLEMATIC of a neighborhood
