“Our risotto cakes make a fantastic side to any meal. Rich

and creamy with a nicely seared crust make them a must have.

One of my favorite uses came from a Stony Point customer. He told me that

he used them as the base to his Egg Benedict. He takes a risotto cake and cuts

it in half and sears each side again. Then tops it with a little ham, poached eggs

and a fresh Hollandaise sauce. Wow! What a cool and delicious idea. Give it a try.”
