Portal Registration The associate will need the registration key along with his/her date of birth (Date/Month only) in order to start the registration process. Please note: The Registration key will be send to the new associate to their ADP email. As per process the email information will be coming from the Global View system into Enterprise (Ev5) and finally loaded into the Associate Portal. The registration key will only be active for 5 days after it has been generated/send to the associate. Registration/Logon Page: Associate Portal Step 1: Click on the Register Here Link. Portal Registration

The associate will need the registration key along with his/her date of birth (Date/Month only) in order to start the

registration process.

Please note: The Registration key will be send to the new associate to their ADP email. As per process the email information will

be coming from the Global View system into Enterprise (Ev5) and finally loaded into the Associate Portal. The registration key

will only be active for 5 days after it has been generated/send to the associate.

Registration/Logon Page: Associate Portal

Step 1: Click on the Register Here Link.

Step 2: Select your country (we need to identify where they are from because this new process is only going to be available for

countries that are LIVE on GV). This is common for all workflows.

Step 3: Input the requested information (English and French screens)

Step 4: Create Password and Challenge Q/A (English and French screens).

Step 3: Registration Complete. A confirmation is also send via email to the associate (English and French screens).

Alerts/Messages

If the Registration Key is expired and the associates tries to register using the expired key, the below message will be displayed

to the associate.

Please note: The associate will be presented with the option to regenerate the key or contact the HR Shared Service

representative. If they chose to regenerate the key, an email with a new key will be send to their ADP email address. The above

messages are displayed in either English or French based on the associates language selection.

If No Match is found based on the inputs: If the associate is unable to provide information that yields a match based on our

records, they will see the below screen,

and the following screen after three failed attempts in the active session.

In order to either reset password or retrieve associate ID the associate will first need to go to the portal

(http://myadp.adpcorp.com) and then follow the below steps.

Step 1: Click on Forget Credentials link at the top left of the page

Step 2: Click on the appropriate link based on the issue they are experiences

Associate ID Retrieval

The associate will need the ADP email address along with his/her date of birth (Date/Month only) in order to start the

Associate ID retrieval process.

Step 1: Select your country

Step 2: Input the requested information (English Only)

Step 3: Request Complete. The associate will also receive an email with the same information. (English Only)

Please note: We also send an email to the associate with the Associate ID.

Password Reset

The associate will need to know his/her birth date(day/month) and the their associate ID.

Step 1: Select your country

Step 2: Input requseted information (English Only)

Step 3: Input Challenge Response (English Only)

If the associate does not know their response answer, they can click on the link in the above screen and an email will be send

to them with the response. Below is the screen they will be preseted once they click on the link. The associate will need to re-

do the above steps to reset the password.

Step 3: Password reset complete. The associate will need to return to the associate portal, login using the temp password and

create a new password.

HR ADMIN PAGE

This page is secure and only certain folks that will be part of the support team will receive access.

- They can regenerate the key by clicking on “Regenerate Key”

- We would like the HR associate to confirm the associate identity by confirming their Name (first, last), eMail and

Manager’s name before regenrating any keys.
