To install the bassinette and mattress • Remove the mattress from the portacot if it is already inside, and place to one side.

• Place the bassinette into the portacot, as per Figure 1.

• Attach the plastic anchor mouldings of the bassinette to the frame, as in Figure 2

and Figure 3 – four clips on the long side of the frame, two clips on the short side of

the frame.

• Insert the metal tubes with the narrow openings into the metal tubes with the wide

openings, as in Figure 4.

• Place each set of the tubes into the sewn pockets, as per Figure 5. One end of the

sewn pockets have Velcro® that can be released to fit the tube in, and then

velcroed back up. Velcro® loops in the centre of the bassinette can also be released

to fit the tubes, and then wrapped back up.

• Place the mattress into the bassinette, padded side facing upwards, ensuring that

the Velcro® on the underside corners of the mattress connects with the Velcro® on

the underside of the bassinette.

• Press down firmly on the mattress to ensure a snug fit.

To remove the bassinette from the portacot, first remove the mattress

from the bassinette, then remove the tubes from the sewn pocket and

separate them, release the plastic anchor mouldings from the portacot

frame, and lift the bassinette from the portacot.

WARNING: To prevent falls, this bassinette should not be used once a child

can sit up.
