• Power Cube 2: Aluminum modular panel, setup much like the rubber boxes, but lighter and more versatile. Available on stainless feet of mounted in a cage for more protection and stacking capabilities. White is standard, but available in any color with larger quantities and lead time.

• Multi-Panel I-Lines: 400A to 3000A I-Line panels available in standard steel I-Line enclosures or our new aluminum modular design, which allows for more features such as replaceable gland plates for different receptacle configurations, hardwiring and protected cam-lok inputs.

• Disconnects & Transfer Switches: Portable disconnects and transfer switches, either fused or with breaker. They can be modified off the shelf safety switches or double throws, or rotary units mounted in our Quick Connect Docking Panels.



• Expo Panel Series: Designed specifically for use in the tradeshow/expo market in convention centers and hotels. Primarily an indoor use product.

• Temporary Power Box: Our version of the “Spider Box”. An economical single phase unit used by many contractors and rental companies. Uses the “California Style” 50A twist lock found on most portable generators.

• Quick Connect Docking Panels: Typically permanently wall or pad mounted panels and cabinets that allow for the safe, quick and economical connection of a portable generator and/or a load bank to a facility in the instance of a loss of utility power or the permanent generator. Also can be used as an output panel or as a paralleling tap box for permanent or portable generators.



• Temporary Power Centers: Portable transformer packages with build in power distribution.

a) Two Wheel Carts: Small portable units used by many industrial customers to supply 120V duplexes for general tool usage and/or Temporary Power Boxes.

b) Four Wheel Carts: Larger transformer with more primary and secondary outlets and mounted on 4 HD castor wheels.

c) Skid Base Units: Same as the Four Wheel Cart, but with no wheels, skid only.

• Portable Paralleling Quick Connects: Skid base or tilt and roll Quick Connect panels designed for paralleling from 2 to 8 portable generators with the appropriate on board paralleling capabilities. Allows for safe and quick disconnect or addition of portable generators via cam-loks and breakers/rotary disconnects.



• Portable Transformers: Similar to the Temporary Power Carts, but without all the auxiliary receptacles and breakers. Can be used for stepping up, stepping down, isolation/cleaning power or via a variety of taps, switches and breakers all of the above.

1) Step-up Transformers: Take a lower voltage and raise it to higher voltage such as 120/208V up to 277/480V, 480V up to 600V, or for international voltages, 120/208 up to 220/380-400-440V.

2) Step-down Transformers: Take a higher voltage and reduce it to a lower voltage such as 480V down to 120/208V, 600V down to 480V or 120/208, or for international voltages, 380-400-440V to 120/208V.

3) Isolation Transformers: Typically used in the entertainment industry to isolate the very sensitive sound system from the very chaotic and dirty/polluting lighting systems when they are on the same utility or portable generator power source. The Isolation Transformer takes the existing 208V and retransforms it into 120/208, building it’s own neutral and it typically will have it’s own isolated ground as well.

4) Multi-Transformer: One transformer that, via different taps, inputs, outputs, rotary switches and breakers, allows us to supply a transformer that is capable of stepping up, down and isolation at any specified low voltages, 120V to 600V.



• Standard and Custom Cable Assemblies: Available in SC, Type W and SOOW, with sewn on D ring straps and custom colored imprinting with specified name and phone number. Standard lengths are 3’, 5’, & 10’ for pigtails and jumpers and 25’, 50’ and 100’ for extensions, but custom lengths are available upon request.

1) Single Cam-Lok Cables: Available in SC 600V or Type W 2000V rated and sizes from #2 to 4/0. Black cable with color specific cam-loks.

2) Banded Cam-Lok Sets: Individual cam-lok cables in #2 or #1 Type SC or Type W, which are banded together with 2” adhesive type heat shrink. Available in 4 Wire, 5 Wire or 3+2 5 Wire sets for less weight and easier handling. Available in 25’ & 50’ lengths.

3) Cam-lok Multi-Conductor Cables: Available in 6/5, 4/5 and 2/5 Type W. Available in 25’ & 50’ lengths.

4) Custom Solutions: Cam-Lok adapters for a variety of applications with different genders, different types of plugs and connectors and custom lengths.

• Distribution Outlet Accessories: PTS offers a complete line of Power Distribution Accessories that are designed to facilitate safety and ease of installation of a Complete Power Distribution Network. These products allow you to custom tailor the installation to suit your specific needs.

1) Quad Box Strings: 3 separate rubber quad boxes, each on their own circuit, spaced out on 10’, 20’ or 30’ centers, and available as either feedthru (for chain linking) or deadend, and indoor or outdoor with flip covers and GFCI outlets.

2) 3 Quad Set: Set of three individual quad boxes, Phase A, Phase B and Phase C. Allows a the quad boxes to the spread out to exactly where the circuits are required via the 5 Wire Extension Cables.

3) 3 Gang Box: Puts all three circuits in one small fiberglass box. Available GFCI or Non GFCI, indoor or outdoor, deadend or feedthru and uses same 20A 5 Wire Extension Cables.



• Accessory Cable Assemblies: Each type of receptacle requires a matching feeder or extension cable to supply the power to its end use. Available in 25’, 50’ and 100’ extensions and 3’, 5’ and 10’ pigtail lengths. Available with custom colored identification imprint and stripe. All have sewn on D ring strap.

1) 20A 5 Wire Extension Cables: 10/5 SOOW cable with L2120 Wetguard or indoor plugs and connectors. Used to feed quad strings and 3 Gang Boxes.

2) 50A CS Style Extension Cables: 6/4 SOOW cable with 50A CS Style single plug and connector. Used to feed Temporary Power Box or spider boxes.

3) IEC Non-Metallic Pin & Sleeve Cables: 30A, 60A, 100A and 125A Multi-pin cable assemblies.

4) Metallic Explosion Proof Pin and Sleeve Cables: Crouse Hinds explosion proof Class 1 Div. II cable assemblies.

5) Military Cables: A variety of 30A to 200A Military Spec cable assemblies.



Other Distribution Accessories: 1) Cam-Lok Devices: Tee connectors, Turnarounds, 3-fers,

Bolt on terminal Connectors, and Cable mount connectors are all accessories used with cam-lok cable assemblies, generator sets, or panels.
