• Collection of Metadata– Increased % of metadata collected from 55 to ~90

• Improve overall quality of observations– Daily monitoring of METEO France Blacklist

• Contact ships that show up on list and make interim adjustments

• Visit ships and make adjustments based on QC data

– ~65% of NYC fleet now using Turbowin• Organized and conducted a PMO only meeting in

an effort to clear the air and boost PMO morale, IVO lack of VOS funding and limited NDBC support– Resulting comprehensive list of problems and

potential solutions provided to Regional Reps in hopes they could spur NDBC to act
