3. Content Management System3.4 Check directly if everything is like you want it to be !
In order to get full transparency of what you are doing, we recommend opening your homepage in the background with another browser and reloading your news and event page after storing your entry in the CMS to view the newly created entry.
This way, you can detect and correct any errors quickly in the CMS
Please keep in mind: Your entry is stored and displayed immediately (depending on its validity) on your homepage !
Note:
We recommend to open your dealer page and the CMS system in different browser windows in the same time !

4. Domain Registration Suggestion
4.1 Porsche Latin America recommends to register individual dealer domains ! Domain: A domain is a certain internet address like www.porsche.com or www.google.com
Where can I register a domain? At a local Internet Service provider/ Internet Hosting Agency
What does it cost? Depends on your hosting agency you select. Usually between $5 and 10$ a month
You have a website but it isn’t up to date? Replace your site with your new PLA’s importers page !
Website is cool, but you do not want to spend efforts or time for it ?
Just register a domain. Then you forward it to your new Importers website and you are done ! Additionally you can provide all of your employees an individual e-mail address
[email protected] [email protected]
What is in it for the Importer ?
If you do not have a own dealer webpage right now, or you have individual webpage for your dealership you could register a Domain (like above) and link it directly to the dealership page provided by Porsche Latin America. Then you would have all Porsche company information, all models, everything accessible on your domain which you could provide to your clients.
We recommend following the Domain structure
www.porsche-yourcityname.com

4. Domain Registration Suggestion
Domain Forwarding – How it will work
1. A user types in your domain address.
2. He will be directly linked to your individual Porsche Importers page from which he has all model, company and special informationfrom PLA and PAG just in time!Main advantage:
It’s a 100% up to date website for free not taking into account the cost for the domain you would have to register!
