the online activities. I do hope there will be some delicious breakfasts prepared on Sunday by our talented student chefs!

Another event the Parents’ Association is sponsoring is an Online Disco on Thursday September 16 from 3.30-4.30pm. More information will be provided soon, thank you to Mrs Puckering for her work in sourcing this event to end the term happily.

Individual NAPLAN reports were posted to year three and five parents yesterday, if parents would like to discuss the reports please call your child’s teacher, myself or Ms Garrity.

As I have mentioned previously, we are beginning the process of developing the school structure for 2022. It is essential that we go through this process with the most accurate information so we would appreciate enrolment forms completed as soon as possible and lodged before the end of term at the latest. Similarly, if you are moving and leaving POPS, we need to know this information as soon as possible so that we can build this information into our modelling. The enrolment form can be accessed on the website at www.pops.vic.edu.au and when completed can be emailed or dropped into school.

Keep up the fabulous work with the Family Challenges, it is wonderful to see how creative our families are! Next week’s challenge is a camp challenge, and we are looking forward to seeing all the fantastic photos.

One of the key pillars to “Wellbeing” is to treat oneself kindly, particularly in stressful times. Throughout the day try to take some micro breaks, look out of the window, take a deep breath, stop and identify something small to be grateful, ie, a flower, a sunset, a child’s laugh, a bird’s song, the sunshine etc, and then reflect on it. It is also okay to have a day where not all planned tasks are achieved, be gentle with yourself and your loved ones.

Thank you to the generous year four parents who treated the staff on site to coffee and croissants last week and also for delicious cupcakes from Hazel Ruivenkamp, they were delightful treats and much appreciated.

We are very grateful for the support from parents and I said last week, this strong partnership between parents and staff makes all the difference in this uncertain time.
