The following steps will help you create, save, and

insert your Popplet creation into your PowerPoint

presentation.

The first thing you need to do is go to www.popplet.com

You can log in using the account information provided in class or create your own account.

IMPORTANT:

If you choose to create your own account be sure to write down your log in and password information.

Creating a Popplet is part of your assignment and you don’t want to lose points because you could not access your account.

After signing in you will create a new Popplet

The title of your Popplet will be your name.

To make your first popple double click anywhere on the screen.

Enter your country name and the characteristic you would like to expand.

You can change the color and size of your popples easily.

Add more popples to include information found through your research.

You can add an image if you

would like but you will need to

include where the image came from.

You can connect your popples at any time.

Hide the name tags:

• Go to the “settings” wheel.

• Go to “view”.• Select “hide

nametags”.

Go back to the settings wheel and save your Popplet. You also need to export your Popplet as a JPEG. Save it to your desktop or flash drive. This will allow you to insert your Popplet into your PowerPoint.
