Tucked amongst towering gums opposite a picturesque pine forest, historical Kuitpo Hall is the ideal venue for a relaxed, rustic wedding celebration. Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings can help you create your dream wedding at this incredible venue, with a personalised and meaningful ceremony, photography, decor and even a spectacular reception – completely stress-free, all at a price you won’t believe! Choose from a ceremony only, or add a complete reception featuring ‘Woody’ - our very own wood-oven pizza wagon - and let us take care of every detail to create a perfect, relaxed wedding celebration.

Option A - Perfect Pop-Up Wedding Ceremony Priced from just $2200 ($2400 2019, $2650 2020)*, including two hours of private venue hire at Kuitpo Hall, your celebrant, two hours of photography and more!

• a two-hour, private garden ceremony held on the Kuitpo Hall lawns, inside the historic hall or in the neighbouring pine forest *

• vintage bench ceremony seating, aisle runner and signing table

• your celebrant, including creation of a fully personalised ceremony, PA system and all legal paperwork

• professional photographer to cover your entire ceremony, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high resolution,

non-watermarked, non-copyrighted images

• support every step of the way from the passionate and experienced Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings team!

Option B – Perfect Pop-Up PLUS Reception Priced from $6995 ($7995 2019, $8995 2020) for up to 40 guests. Add extra adults @ $85pp, children @ $35pp (up to 150).

This deluxe, all-inclusive package includes private hire of Kuitpo Hall, your ceremony, celebrant, photographer, flowers, reception décor, wedding cake and a fully catered and staffed reception. A stunning, stress-free celebration! Your Kuitpo Hall Pop-Up Ceremony includes…

• beautiful garden ceremony either on the Kuitpo Hall lawns, inside the hall OR in the neighboring pine forest *, including all permits, signing table and chairs, rustic bench seating and aisle runner.

• a seasonal, fresh flower bouquet and buttonhole created from seasonal blooms in your choice of colour tones, delivered to your venue (extra flowers for bridesmaids, groomsmen and more also available)

• your celebrant, including creation of a personalised ceremony, PA system and all legal paperwork

• professional photographer to cover three hours of your event, including a gallery of a least 150 edited, high resolution, non-watermarked, non-copyrighted images.

Styling! Your choice of: - an Outdoor Fiesta with Kuitpo Hall’s gorgeous lawns fully styled with pallet seating and tables, picnic tables, picnic rugs, umbrellas, a greenery wall backdrop and festoon lighting OR

- an Indoor Extravaganza with historic Kuitpo Hall fully styled with timber trestle tables, miss-matched timber chairs, a rose wall backdrop, bar and fairylights, bunting and greenery draped from the rafters

Food and beverage! A fully-catered, 3-hour wood-oven pizza reception featuring Woody the Wood Oven Wagon for up to 40 guests, including:

• a fully styled, gourmet grazing table to start - bursting with dips, cheeses, meats, breads and more

• Chef’s selection of five gourmet wood-oven pizzas cooked and served continuously on platters for 90 minutes (this is a bottomless pizza service…your guests will be served until they are full!)

• three hours of fully licensed, staffed drink service including Coopers Pale Ale, Toohey’s Extra Dry, Toohey’s 5 Seeds Cider, soft drinks, orange juice and a selection of boutique South Australian wines including Lambrook ‘Spark’ Sparkling, Grounded Cru Sauvignon Blanc, Grounded Cru Shiraz and Finniss River Pink Moscato

Our terms and conditions – please read!

• Please note that the ‘petrified tree’ in Burbrook Forest is a separate, privately owned venue not included in our

packages. Additional booking and transfer fees apply to hold your ceremony at this location – ask us for details.

• Couples are required to sign and adhere to a venue hire agreement directly with Kuitpo Hall.

• All events coordination, catering, drinks service, staffing and wedding cakes are created and supplied by the team at

Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings, via our very own ‘Woody the Woody Oven Wagon’.

• All bookings are subject to venue and supplier availability.

• A $200 surcharge applies for all weekend pop-up wedding bookings.

• A strictly non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event with Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings. This

secures your date, venue, celebrant, photographer and reception (if applicable). Deposit pricing is as follows:

- $1000 for a Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony

- $1500 for a Pop-Up PLUS Reception package.

• Your final account balance will be due in full 30 days prior to your wedding date.

• We can definitely cater to guests with allergies and special dietary requirements. A detailed list of all requirements

must be provided with your final guest numbers, and some special requests will incur additional costs.
