POOL PARTY CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Minimum of 10 children and maximum of 20 children.
Non refundable booking deposit of $50.
The balance owing is to be paid on the day of the party before the party commences (no cheques)
Changes of party time or date are subject to availability and require 7 days’ notice.
All parties are subject to price increase where applicable without notice.
Access to party area is available 15 minutes prior to the party commencing.
Guests are to meet at the reception to sign in and to gain entry to the pool area.
Guest list must be supplied the Wednesday prior to the party weekend.
Additional children/siblings not included on the guest list will need to pay casual entry to pool area.
Pool area and slide is open to the general public during party times.
Please BYO birthday cake, knife, candles, matches, plates , cups and lolly bags if you wish to provide them.
No heating or cooling facilities available.
No kettles, coffee machines, urns, food warmers, glass or extra tables are to be brought into the pool area.
2 hour party time limit. Party area is to be left clean and tidy upon designated completion time.
Additional charges if party area is not cleaned after use.
No alcohol is to be brought into or consumed in the area.
WATER SAFETY CONDITIONS
Children under the age of 10 require adult supervisors to be IN THE WATER at all times.
- 1-8chn = 1 Adult supervisor
- 9-16chn = 2 Adults supervisors
- 17-24chn = 3 adults supervisors
There must be 1 adult supervisor per 10 kids for Pool Parties over the age 10.
Children under the age of 6 require a parent to be within arm’s reach while their children are in and around the water.
Children under the age of 12 years are required to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
We strongly recommend extra adults to attend to help supervise the children during the party.
