with the objects and interest of both the AKC breed ParentClub and the AKC. If standards, on the other hand, are sosimilar as to be practically identical as opposed to describ-ing significantly different dogs, judging these specialty eventswould appear to be supporting events in conflict with AKCevents, just for the sake of supporting them.
There are a number of cases where AKC admitted new breedsin spite of significant opposition by proponents of thosebreeds. In some cases, accreditation involved AKC workingwith a breed club that sought AKC registration, while an-other club opposed it, seeking to remain independent, whichwas it prerogative.
AKC believes that it has an obligation, as do its approvedjudges, to fully and exclusively support the club that is theAKC Parent Club. AKC respects the right of any other clubto remain independent and to maintain its own registry. How-ever, AKC has no obligation to actively support such orga-nizations by having its approved judges officiate at theirevents. It is also under no obligation to approve as judgesthose individuals who wish to maintain a significant inter-est, as defined by the policy, in organizations that wish toremain independent from and in competition with the AKCbreed Parent Club.

3. Ch. Aery It’s All about Eve at Alegria. Diminutive and
Balance are the key words when first seeing this Lovely
Silver Bitch. Then she moves...she is collected, moves
soundly, has reach and drive and an upright head carriage.
A very lovely feminine expression with dark almond eyes
and black points that finish off her breathtaking head.
4. Cinbren Barking Crystal. What a move up from the Open
Class! Congratulation for taking the plunge into the Spe-
cials class. A very lovely headed white bitch, a study in bal-
ance, maturity and proportion. She was a
pleasure to examine and her movement was
sound and confident. A pretty head and
expression. I looked at her age in the cata-
log, almost 3 years ...a prime example of
waiting until they are mature and we see
how lovely they really are.
Winners Dog- (9-12 Month Class). Rose-
wood Windcrest Jazz Blue. An exquisite
blue dog, with beautiful balance, great coat,
terrific expression that grabbed you and
would not let you go. Very mature head for
this young dog. Great carriage in the circle.
What a pleasure to see this dog in his natu-
ral BLUE color. For BOW competition, his
immaturity came through and he let down
in the end.
Veteran Bitch-Ch. Sunraze Striptease- At
8+years, she was thrilling to see in the
ring...She loved every minute of it. She is
a beautifully balanced matron showing the
ringside that she still had the ability to
WOW the crowd. Movement, head carriage
and stage presence was all hers. A beauti-
ful head, eye and expression. Thanks so
much for giving me and PCA the pleasure
of getting up-close and personal with such
a lovely lady.
Again, Thank you
