ResoCoat 3 - Layer Concrete Coating SystemApplication Process

(Pool was drained, cleaned, and allowed to dry overnight)


TM

1) Mask tile, coping, and front edge of deck

2) Spray first layer of ResoSeal 800 Concrete Sealer with high pressure airless sprayer

3) Wait 3 hours – Spray final layer of ResoSeal 800 Concrete Sealer

Day 1 – Two Installers – Approximately 6 hours

Day 2 – Two Installers – Approximately 3 hours 1) Mix ResoBond 805 Tie-Coat and roll thin layer over cured ResoSeal 800

Day 3 – Two Installers – Full Day 1) Remove masking plastic and tape from first operations

2) Hi Temp. mask coating line directly above the bottom of waterline tile

3) Begin PTS application of ResoCoat 301 Pool Finish with application onto partially cured

ResoSeal Tie-Coat applied to tile in step 3

4) Apply ResoCoat 301 to cut in top tile line all around step/seat coves and bull noses

5) Complete the ResoCoat 301 Application to coat walls and floor (application rate

approximately 100 sq ft per hour

Day 4 (if required) – Two Installers – Man hours required to complete installation

1) Complete ResoCoat 301 Application

2) Remove masking and begin water fill
