4. Prone to food insufficiency: Relatively high Poverty Rate where in 2009

there are 35.979 family categorized as Poor family.

District Poverty Rate is 18,46.

Majority of people are farmers (75%) and all are traditional farmers (Traditional farming system are used)

Most farmland is Dry Land Farming that rely mostly on anual rainfall.

Explanation:

1. Staff at Kantor CAPIL/Dispenduk distributes Birth Registration Forms to Principals and

Kepala Desa/Lurah. Then, Principals, Kepala Desa/ Lurah return the filled and

completed forms plus other required documents back.

2. Staff at Kantor CAPIL/Dispenduk registers and processes Birth Certivicate based on the

documents submitted.

3. Staff at Kantor Capil/ Dispenduk gives the Birth Certivicates to Principals, Kepala Desa/

Lurah. Finally, Principals, Kepala Desa/ Lurah distributes it to students/ community

3. Simplifying the Service Procedures

Explanation:

1. BKCSKB delivers registration forms to Puskesmas,

2. Bidan Desa takes the form from Puskesmas and then completes it,

3. Bidan Desa Submits the filled forms to Puskesmas,

4. PLKB collect the forms from Puskesmas then brings it to BKCSKB,

5. PLKB staff brings the copy of Birth Certificate to Puskesmas,

6. Bidan Desa collects the Birth Certificates from Puskesmas and then hands it to parents.
