Gun ArrestSouthern District

On September 27, 2016 at approximately 11:35 p.m. Gun Trace TaskForce detectives were in the 800 block of Bridgeview Road conducting aninvestigation.

This investigation led to the arrest of 29 year­old Andre Crowder of the1300 block of Slater Street.

Seized from the suspect was a loaded handgun.

Andre Crowder, who is prohibited from processing a firearm, wastransported to Central Booking, where he has been charged with severalhandgun violations.

George Wilson Dominic Dewone McCoy has 10 prior criminal arrests and hasalready spent time in prison. He is a danger to society an did not have alicense to drive. With that amount of bail, he will never get out. He was alsocharged with HMCD­UNDER INFLU. Keep him off the streets and life inprison. None of the four kids had seat belts on in his car.
