and whether they are an individual or a legal entity (corporation or business).

option is selected.

• Resolved the improper rounding in Section E. Transfer Taxes on page 2 of the
Loan Estimate.
• Updated the Project Payments table on page 1 of the Loan Estimate to calculate
rounded and unrounded values as such and round the final total.
• Updated Point Administrator to properly save and apply PointCentral settings.
• Corrected a print issue on page 2 of the Loan Estimate to include the Negative
Days value and the negative interest value calculation.
• Resolved the issue with the Escrow check boxes in Section G. Initial Escrow
Payment at Closing, on the Closing Costs scenario template.
• Corrected the password protection issue that occurred when saving a single PDF
form from the Borrower Forms dialog box.
• Updated the Microsoft .NET Framework requirement to 4.6.2.
