Topic Area A! "  #ight to protest$ authority o% la&'en%orcement agencies and the current scenario.

On 14 August 10 million people came on the road to protest against the violation of democracy. These were the workers

of the PTI and PAT against the government of P! "#$. The point raised %y %oth the parties was the ragging in the

election and the fake government of P! "#$ and mainly the %aseless statement was made for the ragging done in the

elections %y P! "#$.The workers of the PTI & PAT came on the one platform claiming ragging of elections and

democratic a%use without facts and Profs. This caused the %usiness' markets' schools' offices to %e shut down. (ue to

the continuous protest for 40 days' Pakistan suffered a huge economic loss. )ontinuous protest for 40 days without

decency' morality and conse*uences %rought things on full heat and all the patience ran out and that lead the causes of

violence and fights %etween the workers of PTI and PAT and the media suffered as well. Attack on +amid ir while the

live talk show clearly showed the diso%eying of the )onstitution of Pakistan' )hapter 1"fundamental rights$ Article

num%er 1, & 1- ' which clearly states that a protest must %e carried out with decency and peace. The President also

admitted in the pu%lic and gave a pu%lic statement that this protest on %aseless facts is manipulated %y a third party and

this script is %eing written %y a third party which is trou%ling the poor and illiterate peoples and are %eing misguided thetheir leaders.

Pakistan Peoples Party works under the article which is completely in relevant or in the favor of democracy. As %eing a

(emocratic state PPP strongly opposes any political party which derails the (emocracy. PPP favors protest only if it is

in the favor of the democracy and strongly opposes any political party that derails democracy. PPP clearly states that the protest should %e held with decency and morality according to the )hap 1 "fundamental rights$' article 1-' su% point "a$

of Pakistan constitution. PPP clearly states that it doesnt support any political party and doesnt oppose the party unless

it is against the constitution of Pakistan. PPP truly supports the protest thats according to the )onstitution of Pakistan

for the purpose of democracy and with decency and morality.

 PPP as totally supporting the democracy and opposing the (iolating protest presents the

solutions on the current scenario.

1. The protest which has condemned the )onstitution of Pakistan should %e stopped and negotiation should %e

done %etween the parties regarding the %aseless and inauthentic pro%lems that have %een put forward %y the PTI

& PAT.

/. The case should %e forwarded to upreme )ourt of Pakistan and if the result is in the favor of current

government "P!#$ then the opposing parties should %e treated or punished according to the law in the

constitution of Pakistan' chapter Political A%use article num%er /2 which clearly states that one will %e punished

according to the laws on the act of political a%use. The if the result is in the favor of opposing parties "PAT &
