The division provides specialized services in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water supply systems, firefighting, and

building management systems. We undertake contracting jobs for installation, operation and maintenance of a range

of products in these areas.

This was among the first divisions of Ali Alghanim & Sons Group of Companies. The division began in humble ways and

grew over the years to be among the top five companies within the industry, partnering with prestigious international

brands.

Today, we serve a very wide market segment and provide complete turnkey solutions in a variety of fields touching

every major aspect of living - from environment control to water-use cycle and safety and security.

Our service and maintenance teams, with their fleet of vehicles, ensure that professional technicians attend to every

single service call on time. The high demand in the market for our services gives us the edge to enter mega projects

in both the public and private sectors.

We look at every project as an opportunity to create a difference to the market, and come up with the most innovative

solutions that set new industry standards. Toward this end, we form special teams to study the project before beginning

The Electromechanical Projects Division has grown along with Kuwait witnessing and being part of its transition into

a full-blown modern state. We filled a huge chasm between the aspirations of developers and the need for reliable

services in the electromechanical field.

Since then we have played a pivotal role in catering to the core needs of the market, starting with HVAC, and then

expanding the spectrum of our services to answer the growing needs of our clients.

The division now specializes in supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of a range of products in the fields

of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water supply systems, firefighting, and building management. The division employs a

team of engineers, qualified project support executives and technicians, and operates a mega fleet of heavy and light

vehicles to offer after-sales service round the clock.

Today, it is rare to see a project, be it in the private sector or public sector, which does not subscribe to our services.

With a wide range of services touching different aspect of man’s living space, it wouldn’t be an overstatement to say

that something of us is there in everyone’s life.

What We Offer

HVAC Projects

The HVAC systems division provides turnkey solutions in heating and cooling systems to frontline companies both in

the private and public sectors.

We undertake contracts with prestigious companies for the installation, operation, service and repair of mechanical

and electrical heating systems, ACs and refrigerators. We provide flexible options to clients with different service

packages, including all or some of our services, according to project needs. We also offer long-term and short-term

contract options, apart from renewable contracts contingent upon the development of the project.

The division is well-known in the market for its outstanding services in the cooling systems. Our operations extend

over a range of services including water coolers, ACs, refrigerators, ice makers and chilled water and many more.

There are three key factors that we lay great store by: quality, time and price. We make sure that we deliver high

quality services in quick time for the best price. And that is our success formula.

Along with installation, operation and maintenance, we also provide auxiliary services such as Air Duct Cleaning

Service. In a country which is known for its dusty conditions, AC ducts have to be maintained clean. It is not merely an

issue of hygiene and has larger health significance.

We provide air-duct cleaning service with a professional edge that helps us deliver highly satisfactory results. Our

cleaning team is well equipped with the latest technology to access and clean dust-ridden areas, and ensures passage

of clean air, and a healthy living environment day in and day out.

As a result of our dedicated services, we have landed some of the most envious installation, operation and maintenance

projects in the country including contracts with the Ministry of Education, which has many schools under its purview.

We also have many HVAC contracts with KOC Hospital in Ahmadi and KOC Office premises.

Centralized AC systems are ideal for cooling large areas and creating evenly spread temperature conditions. With concealed ducts connecting the main unit to the interiors, centralized AC systems provide the least intrusive options to the layout of the interior design.

Our Central DX Unit comes as packaged and ducted-split units in capacities ranging between 80,000 btu/hr and 300,000 btu/hr.

The split system is an innovative solution to the space constraints in modern buildings. It offers much flexibility combining the spatial advantages of a window AC and a centralized system.

The wall-mounted type comes in capacities ranging between 12,000 and 42,000 btu/hr, and are ideal for private residential units. The free-stand model is more suited for halls and temporary erections such as tents. It comes in capacities between 30,000 and 60,000 btu/hr.The cassette model is compact and is easy to mount. It comes in capacities ranging between 24,000 and 60,000 btu/hr.

The ceiling or floor model offers flexible mounting options. They are sleek and save much space and are available in capacities ranging between 24,000 and 50,000 btu/hr.

We provide a host of solutions in AC systems, tailor-made for different purposes and in accordance with the needs of the clients. Given below is a list of our products and services.

Window units are ideal for apartments and rooms in independent houses. Their greatest advantage is that they come in one piece and are easier to maintain and service. They fit snugly on the walls, without using up much interior space. Our products come in capacities of 18,000 btu/hr and 24,000 btu/hr. With remote control options for settings, they enhance your comfort.

Installation:

We have an efficient installation team comprising technicians and logistic operators who transport the products to

your location and set them up. With professional guidance and vast experience, the team provides flexible solutions

to your installation needs. We deal with the installation of all types of AC’s and related products including AC ducts.

Many mega projects in Kuwait have subscribed to our services, and we offer a variety of service packages to give our

clients much choice. Through our installation services we ensure the optimum performance of our quality products

Duct Fabrication Workshop & Cleaning Services:

As a turnkey provider of AC systems, manufacturing of ducts is essential to make our services fully rounded.

We provide the following services in duct fabrication

• Fabrication of all types of galvanized ducts • Fabrication of all types of stainless steel thicknesses

• Fabrication of all types of frames • Use of plasma cutting machines for perfection

Our AC Duct Cleaning Service is handled by a team of well-trained and well-equipped technicians. They carry out

routine inspections to ensure the ducts are dust and pathogen free. Often times, badly maintained ducts become the

breeding ground for diseases as they are conducive to disease-causing germs. Our technicians have the latest tools

and accessories to provide effective cleaning service, reaching even inaccessible corners of the duct in any building.

What We Offer

Plumbing & Water Supply System

We also undertake contracts in the installation, operation and maintenance of water systems to efficiently manage

the water cycle in different projects.

The division has long-standing experience in the installation and service of water pumps in a variety of applications

such as: booster and transfer of water; chilled water and fire fighting; sewage and drainage; hot water circulation; and

chemicals and fuel handling.

Another area of expertise of our technical team includes water filters and water heaters. Some of our important

ongoing projects in water filters cover a variety of applications in large complexes and companies across Kuwait.

We provide point-of-use installation and service of electric water heaters for general hot water applications. We cover

both residential and commercial projects in a range of capacities.

Fire Protection & Safety (WORMALD)

Alghanim-Wormald Safety & Security Systems W.L.L. provide products and turnkey solutions to all of the oil, gas, power and commercial sectors. These works include sprinkler, water spray, Clean Agent “Inergen Fire Suppression”, Dry Powder, Vesda, foam, gas and detection systems incorporating the technology of our international partner Tyco and sister companies.

Fire systems are mandatory in all Industrial & commercial buildings and come under the building code in Kuwait’s law. We provide comprehensive solutions in this field enhancing the safety of our clients through our wide range of services.

We have the contract of several important buildings and complexes in the state for the installation and maintenance of firefighting devices. Through our services, many of these sites have been declared 100 percent safe by the Authorities after due inspection.

Our fire safety systems help in being forewarned and preventing serious damage in the case of an accident. Some of the safety systems include smoke detectors, fire alarms, water sprinklers, fire dampers and fire-proof safes and cabinets.

Building Control & Management System

We undertake contracts for the complete control and monitoring of mechanical and electrical appliances in buildings

including ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems and security systems. Through our control and management

systems, we manage the environment within the building by adjusting heating and cooling.

Our contracts also include control of boilers, air handling and cooling towers for industrial purposes, and we have a

strong presence in the oil and manufacturing sectors.

The cumulative period of our service contracts covering industrial, commercial and residential projects run into several

decades, and we are constantly expanding our human and technical resources to meet the growing demand.

Electrical Projects

The electromechanical projects division also handles contracts in electrical works related to installation and

maintenance of a range of related devices.

The areas of service include transformers, electric generators, electric motors, high voltage engineering and power

electronics among others.

In projects involving large complexes or hotels, our expertise in power grids for electrical network that connects a

variety of generators have been very useful.

We have a specialized team of professionals, including engineers and technicians for the maintenance of power grid

as well as the power systems that connect to it. We have benchmarked our services on international standards and

follow every international safety regulation to the last word.
