► Infrastructure Master Plan Implementation

Resolved that the HP-PNE Board approve the PNE moving forward with implementation of the proposed HP-PNE Infrastructure Plan “Pre-requisite stage” in Q2 2020 as contemplated.

► Initiate Hastings Park Renewable Energy Strategy

Resolved that the HP-PNE Board approve the PNE building a site wide Renewable Energy Strategy in consultation with the City of Vancouver to support Master Plan Implementation planning, to build on current PNE sustainability planning and to reduce GHE at HP-PNE.

► Endorse scoping and planning for Daylighted Stream

Resolved that the PNE Board endorse the PNE working with City of Vancouver on scoping and planning for Combined Phase 1/2 of the Daylighted Hastings Creek as contemplated in the vision for the Master Plan and as approved within the City’s One Water Strategy, with Planning to begin in Fall 2020 through City of Vancouver Engineering
