• Increase chapter membership to 110 members
• 80% of chapter membership with PMI certification (88 members)

scheduling, Risk Management, Scope management or Agile tools and
techniques.

Business and Strategic:
Knowledge of and expertise in the industry or organization that enhances
performance and better delivers business outcomes. This is the ability to
connect the dots between the projects and the larger organizational
strategy and to understand the overall business context.
Examples: Business acumen, Finance, Operational functions (e.g. legal,
marketing), Strategic planning/alignment, Contract management,
Complexity management.

Leadership:
Knowledge, skills and behaviors specific to leadership-oriented, cross-
cutting skills that help an organization achieve its business goals.
