Trinity LimitedTrinity Limited is principally engaged in the retailing of high-end to luxury menswear in Greater China and Europe, as well as licensing of its major brands globally. Trinity manages five international menswear brands, namely, Kent & Curwen, Cerruti 1881, Gieves & Hawkes, D’URBAN and Intermezzo.

Other than the self-owned brands Kent & Curwen, Cerruti 1881 and Gieves & Hawkes, Trinity’s brands are

operated under long term renewable licences in Greater China.

Trinity has developed one of the largest menswear retail networks in Greater China by successfully introducing, promoting and managing international menswear brands in the markets where Trinity operates. As of 30 June 2013, Trinity operated 450 retail stores in Greater China, of which 369 retail stores were in Mainland China.

Branded Lifestyle Holdings LimitedBranded Lifestyle Holdings Limited is a privately held retailing entity focusing on middle-zone apparel and accessories, including casual fashion brands like Hang Ten, Roots, Arnold Palmer, Korean fast fashion brand H:CONNECT and

menswear brand LEO; with a large retail network of over 1,000 company-owned and franchised outlets covering the Greater China, Korea, ASEAN and other regions.

Fung Kids (Holdings) LimitedFung Kids (Holdings) Limited is a privately held business entity and the operator of retailing brands including

Stride Rite, the leading US children’s footwear brand, in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei; as well as Toonsland, a multi-brand retailing chain for children’s apparels and accessories in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau; with a business model encompassing retailing, franchising and e-commerce targeting children aged 0 - 14.

Toys“R”Us (Asia)Toys“R”Us (Asia) was established in 1986 as a privately held business and a joint-venture with Toys“R”Us Inc., operating a network of more than 150 retail stores across Asia including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Brunei.

Suhyang NetworksSuhyang Networks is Korea’s pre-eminent retailer of baby and children apparel, operating over 200 shop-in-shop stores in department stores in Korea for its popular brands namely, Bluedog,

UCCAL Fashion GroupUCCAL Fashion Group is a privately held business that is positioned to target luxury, affordable luxury, and premium market segments; focusing on ready-to-wear footwear, bags, accessories and intimates.

Shanghai is the creative hub and location of UCCAL’s flagship store, with Beijing as the management centre. Together, they facilitate smooth and effective operation of about 700 shops across the markets of the Chinese Mainland. Its brands include Roberto Cavalli, Just

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Fung Group is the market leader in supply chain management. The reason why we are what we are is because of our people.

In an increasingly complex global market environment, we understand the importance of nurturing the right people for us to continue to grow and prosper. That’s why we launched the Program for Management Development (PMD) in 2010, which gives our people the right platform and tools to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges, and bolster synergies across the Group.

PMD recruits suitable talent from around the world to become our Management Associates (MAs). Starting July 2014, the 2014 Intake will go through 9-month Initial Development compromising of Business Rotational Assignments at the Group’s core businesses and Business Educational Training Programs.

After successful completion of Initial Development, MAs will take up junior management positions within the Group. During the first five years, they will be given international and cross-group exposure to equip themselves with the necessary skills and knowledge to move into senior management positions with profit & loss accountability.

PROGRAM FEATURESSuccessful candidates of PMD will be employed as MAs, and subsequently transferred to and employed

by our Trading or Retailing businesses in different offices in the Group.

Corporate Orientation and TrainingIn July 2014, MAs will go through a 1-month Corporate Orientation and Training Program in Hong Kong. Senior management briefings on the Group’s businesses and strategies, field trips to factories, visits to different companies and networking events will be organized to give MAs an understanding of our businesses, an opportunity to network with senior leaders and other MAs, and a taste of the Group’s diversity.

Business Rotational AssignmentsMAs will be placed on Business Rotational Assignments in any of our offices around the world.

Through rotations, MAs are expected to gain a solid understanding of

the supply chain, and at the same time, obtain practical experience of the Group’s operations and culture.

Business Educational Training ProgramsPMD provides world-class learning programs in conjunction with leading universities and educational institutions. These programs are taught by experienced professors, the Group’s senior leaders and respected industry practitioners. In between Business Rotational Assignments, 2-week Business Educational Training Programs will be provided to enhance MAs’ technical and industry skills and knowledge.

MentorshipEach MA will be assigned a senior leader as a mentor. Our senior leaders are industry experts in their respective fields, and they will help accelerate the development of MAs in the course of their careers within the Group.
