    Facts Scientific Tools Ltd. is the company based in Mumbai and has a turnover of

    Rs. 30 crores

    Mr. R. S. Tiwari was promoted from a field sales manager to the head officeas an assistant product manager and he was well qualified for this post

    Mr. Aspi Bhatena is the VicePresident of the marketing department. He isvery disciplined and straight forward

    Mr. Sunderlal is the marketing Director of Scientific Tools Ltd

    Mr. Aspi called a meeting of the product manager and other staff to planmarketing strategies. But, since the product manager was not present, Mr.Sunderlal invited Mr. Tiwari to attend the meeting just to orient him to hisnew job

    Issues

    Since Mr. Aspi was not getting satisfying answers from

    the staff, he became very furious and later turned to Mr.

    Tiwari and asked him about his group of product, Mr.

    Tiwari in all honesty accepted that he did not know theanswers

    On hearing this reply, Mr. Aspi was visibly shaken. He

    addressed everyone and told that such a person does notdeserve to be part of this organization
