Bootstrap carries select pants patterns for hips up to 66" and waist up to 64", as noted by the 66 in the column D. Most Bootstrap patterns have recommended measurements are between: Bust 17" to 58", Waist 16" to 56", Hips 18" to 56" . It is unclear if that recommendation can be exceeded by adding fullness. The site also says: Important: For plus sizes please use Fit Adjustments to add more fullness to the bust, hips and upper arm.
