The content on these pages was never intended to be viewed by anyone other than myself and my advisor. This is the dirty work behind the pretty renders and fancy 3d models.
I am looking to generate some interest in my concept as well as raise awareness for current urban transportation issues. Cities such as Beijing, Toronto, London and New York are great examples of cities that could benefit from my concept.
I am open to development and licensing opportunities as it is hoped that one day, a system like this will be implemented.

thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the concept.
Sincerely
Brian Jeffcock

“I don’t want to be interesting. I want to be good.” -Mies van der Rohe
“But now sustainability is such a political category that it’s getting more and more difficult to think about it in a serious way. Sustainability has become an ornament.” -Rem Koolhaas
Quotes I enjoy
“It is easier to talk than to listen. Pay attention to your clients, your users, your readers, and your friends. Your design will get better as you listen to other people.” — Ellen Lupton
Data Collection
Car sharing systems such as ZipCar generate massive amounts of information. This data allows its owners to better understand how people migrate though an urban environment.
Data like this is currently extremely expensive to gather and asses. The benefit to the Plus One Auto concept is that the car sharing system is designed to generate a profit. This income covers all the operating expenses, which means the data is basically free.
Market Growth
Car sharing is growing global popularity and shows no signs of slow-ing down.

“Good design is a lot like clear thinking made visual.” -Edward Tufte
“It’s really hard to design products by focus groups. A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.” - Steve Jobs
