ODB designers developed the concept to peel back the layers of this landmark art deco office building and reveal the original structure and maximise the volume. Ultra-thin LED panels and a 60 metre backlit stretch ceiling feature that joins the spaces together, combine to provide excellent “daylight” and the newly exposed M&E services have been re-organised and painted out.
