The transcription is very important process to expression the genetic

material, use the RNA as molecule that transport the information since the

nucleus to the cytoplasm, this process is controlled by different step that help that the genetic information

don’t mutate

This new talk about the RNA polymerase and the important role

of this molecule in the start and development of the transcription.

Explain as the RNA polymerase participate in the formation of the

transcription bubble and the change of double helix to facility

the union with the enzyme.

The investigation describe 3 steps to transcription de DNA, first the DNA

polymerase indentify the promotor of the segment of DNA to transcribe,

then the interaction to DNA polymerase and the segment of DNA unfold the double helix and make the

transcription bubble and finally the DNA molecule is refold again.

This discovery was represented in computationally in a program that make the film of transcription the

DNA and demonstrated the different roles of RNA polymerase

in this process

I think that this investigation is very important for understand the

performance of the mecanism that use the cell to express the genetic

information, to expand the information and vision of this

important process and develop new medical treatments based in this

information

This article discusses about the importance of the DNA

transcription to express the genetic information and how this process is controlled to prevent

damage of many forms.

Researchers took many photomicrographs of the

transcription process and then analyzed and created a small

movie of the transcription start to represent better this step of the

genetic material expression

different molecules were used to identify easily the process of

transcription using different colors such as RAP1 (red), TFII (blue), loop

of DNA (green)

the work of these researchers is very important because the analysis of the transcription

process is easier with pictures and videos and so other researchers

can discover more things based on this work, besides helping to teach

This research may be used to control the expression of genes that may

cause harm to the patient and thereby controlling clinical manifestations or to increase the expression of some

genes that can be used as a treatment for various diseases

This innovation is very important to clinical and laboratory application because the

understand of the transcription process help to development of

treatments for bacteries, for example.

With more information of transcription, the scientists

develop more powerful and faster antibiotics that help the people to

recuperate faster
