Introduction
Scientist identify molecular basis for DNA breakage, a hallmark of cell cancer
The structure of DNA has some regions more likely to be damage, DNA has procedures that avoids or fix this situations in order to keep its structure safe.

The latest results in cancer research has findings like the features that regulate DNA replication along the fragile sites in early stages of its development, to know this breakages areas allows new research lines and approaches to find out specific and detailed causes that could be modified for cancer development.

cumulative injuries will lead to permanent damages that will affect genetic expression, to know this specific areas would help to advise and intervene in some therapeutically ways abnormalities as cancer.

Medical uses
Cancer approached has been a goal for medical science, As far as we know the mechanism that allows cells to change its genetic expression and become cancerous, we can modify its progress, to know DNA replication and the weak areas that suffers breakages and could yield to cancer development will open the possibility of improve the current research for cancer treatment.
Current conditions and modern life for humans are unsafe for its genetic code: x ray exposure, ultraviolet sun ray, chemicals on foods and products, among others; concerning scientist of the medical arena, that could be focus its efforts on understanding DNA replication and its failures to impact the causes of conditions that yield to cancer development based on risk factors and weak DNA areas.
Medical uses
To have more accurate and sensitive methods for diagnosis in laboratory bring more tools to medical science in approaching to the right diagnoses and what it implies: proper treatment and prognoses.
Medical uses
New developments in DNA laboratory techniques will help physicians to save time and to bring more confidence to their patients when ensures more accurate and sensitive results.
