ABILITY is important; but the MOST important factors are COMMITMENT, DRIVE, and MOTIVATION.
Students need to be disciplined and they need support from home to be successful in these challenging courses, but the pay off is TREMENDOUS!

Several Electives have fees- please be prepared to pay those course fees at the beginning of the school year.
Some electives my require an application or an audition/tryout (yearbook, robotics, band, athletics, varsity choir).
Most applications are available from the sponsor. Sponsors/Coaches will provide Counselorswith rosters for scheduling.
Scheduling Process

2015-16 Master Schedule is created based on requests (demand)
Automated scheduler is used to create schedules.
Scheduling Policy
Talk to your student regarding their course selections as they relate to their level of commitment, life goals & academic goals.
Schedule changes are discouraged. Changes for a different teacher; a different period; or without approval cannot be accommodated.
