With a partner, create a lease (legal rental agreement).

You will have to determine:1. What was the name of the Owner?2. What was the name of the Resident?3. What is the building’s address?4. How much is the Owner charging?5. What day of the month does the Resident have to pay it?6. What will happen if the Resident does not pay their rent

on time?

Now, let’s make some problems

Determine which part of the contract is being broken and who’s breaking it.

Explain how the plaintiff is being harmed by this breach of contract.
