Notice is hereby given to you, as a person potentially liable for an assessment, that a public he

will be held on the 14th of October, 2010, at 7:00pm, at Sharon United Methodist Church, 1Pleasant Lake Rd., Manchester, MI, 48158. This hearing is in response to a petition submitt

Freeholders of Land requesting the Water Resources Commissioner to clean out, relocate, w

deepen, straighten, tile, extend or relocate along a highway as a result of flooding, and as ma

determined necessary, the Pleasant Lake Extension Drain. All persons owning lands within

drainage district may be assessed the cost of a project, should a project be determined necessary.

At the 14th of October, 2010 hearing, a Board of Determination composed of Craig Hupy, Dale Lesser and Jan G

will hear all interested persons and determine whether these improvements to the Pleasant Lake Extension Dra

necessary and conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare in accordance with Sections 72 and 191

No. 40, P.A. 1956, as amended.
