ADVOCACY
To ensure that every student has at least one adult staff member that knows them well, the PGHS Advocacy Program assigns each student to a teacher who will remain together from their freshman to the senior year. The objectives of the Advocacy class are to:
– Provide opportunities for all students to make connections to their school
– Assist and guide students in their exploration of post-secondary college and career options
– Provide students with the knowledge, skills, and resources to track their individual academic progress.
