PLBRAAnnual Meeting 

The 29th Annual Meeting of the Park LaBrea Residents Association (PLBRA) will be held on Sunday, January 8th 2017 at 12 Noon in the PLB Activity Center Theater.

Our Community Organization was founded to give Park La Brea residents a Collective Voice in dealing with Park La Brea Management and this is still our primary mission today. “Advocating for the Residents” is our business and our accomplishments over the years are now history. At the Annual Meeting we will outline our plans for the coming year, review our financial position and elect a new Board of Directors to lead the Association’s efforts throughout 2017.

If you wish to vote for candidates for the Board of Directors or become a candidate yourself there are a few mandatory requirements. FIRST You must be listed by name on a Park La Brea Lease Contract.
