COMMUNICATION TO CUSTOMERDear Customer,

Thank you very much for choosing our Service Station. We appreciate your business.

You may be aware that the Unions representing the Forecourt Attendants are presently in wage negotiations with our Association, the Fuel Retailers Association (FRA)

A strike has been called and as a result the staff normally employed at this station may not all be present at work.

During this time we have been fortunate enough to secure the temporary services of a number of others.

While we have provided them with the essential training required to refuel your car we do ask you to bear with us should our service levels not be quite as they should be. We are doing our best to ensure that our normal fast, friendly, safe and clean experience is provided to get you on your way.

Please note: SELF SERVICE IS NOT ALLOWED in terms of industry regulations and not safe for the general public to dispense own fuel

Should you have any concerns about your experience please contact me personally.
