Even though this patient had mild drooping of her breasts, she did not wish to have a breast lift, and her desire was to have large ‘C’ small ‘D’ cup breasts after we finished. Therefore, we chose high profile, smooth, round, gel implants, 450 cc. We chose a transaxillary approach, and You will notice in the preoperative photos that her right breast is a fair amount smaller than her left, but in the postoperative views they look almost equal. she is very happy with her results.
